The story of the life of Dudu Cherkasky, the son of Hannah and Moshe Cherkasky. The Palmach man from his childhood and adolescence in the village of Ezer until his death in the battle for the fortress of Nabi Yosha in April 1948. "He went on a arduous journey with us, he toured the border," wrote Haim Hefer.
In the battle for Nabi Yehoshua (Fortress of Power) he was chosen as the commander of the breaking force and was killed near the wall of the fort. His brother Hagai and his twin sister Tamar say that even after more than fifty years, the pain does not go away.
